With both Scottish and English heritage in our ranks, it’s second nature for us to have a foot firmly either side of the border. We are looking to acquire properties in need of a wee bit of tender loving care and to bring them back to market with a new lease of life.
We are also growing a portfolio of high quality short-term and holiday lets both North and South of the border, with a unique style for the more discerning guest.
Finally, acquiring a portfolio of all types of commercial properties in Scotland is a further focus for our fledgling business.

Tahoe Properties Ltd is a family run business located in the beautiful Scottish Borders, formed just a wee while ago in Spring 2025.
Having spent nearly 30 years in commercial aviation as a long and short haul airline pilot, flying everything Boeing to all corners of the world, I finally realised my life long dream of becoming a property developer and investor.
Having teamed up with both family and friends, we look to build something to be proud of.
